Abstract

In this day, technological advancements, information technology, and market demand are rapidly changing, resulting in an increase in the number of products entering the market with a short product life cycle. These situations result in a scarcity of resources and a disaster in the environment, forcing businesses to recycle and return defective products, which has both economic and environmental benefits. This study proposes a conceptual model based on a literature research and practise in this field to explain how a Green Enterprise Resource Planning (GERP) system can be a crucial factor in a company's reverse logistics performance success. The independent variables are the GERP construct and the dependent variable is reverse logistics performance.Operational qualities, information sharing, collaboration, and environmental knowledge and attitudes are four proposed independent variables based on literature reviews.
